These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the website:
ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS
The electronic records of orders kept by our systems constitute proof of the nature and content of the order.
Hera Design will confirm the acceptance of your order by email to the address provided during payment.
The sale will be considered concluded after validation of payment by Hera Design, either:

after payment authorization for orders paid online by credit card;

after effective receipt of payment when payment by check has been accepted.
Hera Design reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom a dispute relating to a previous order exists.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our products and their prices remain valid as long as they are displayed on the website.
The availability of products indicated on the site is based on both our stock and that of our suppliers.
As our catalog is regularly updated based on information provided by our partners, some products may temporarily become unavailable.
Only products that are permanently discontinued will be removed from the catalog.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been validated, the customer will be informed by email or on their invoice.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are indicated during payment and depend on product availability and the chosen delivery method.
In case of significant delay, the customer may request the cancellation of their order.
Pre-orders
Some products may be offered for pre-order with an estimated availability date communicated by the supplier.
These dates are indicative only and may be subject to change.
Hera Design will ship pre-ordered products as soon as they become available.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICE
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and exclude delivery costs unless otherwise specified.
Prices may be changed at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rate displayed at the time of order validation.
All orders are billed and payable in euros.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs include a contribution to the preparation, packaging, and shipping costs of orders.
Each order is processed individually. Several distinct orders placed by the same customer will therefore be subject to distinct delivery costs.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
We deliver to residential addresses as well as to certain relay points when available.
Estimated delivery times include both order processing and transportation.
Delivery is generally estimated between 5 and 10 business days from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email.
These deadlines are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment on the part of Hera Design.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products supplied by Hera Design are new and benefit from a warranty against manufacturing defects.
They correspond to the products usually offered in traditional distribution channels.
If a product has a defect or does not match your order, you have 15 business days to request an exchange or refund.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and any documentation.

When the customer exercises their legal right of withdrawal, Hera Design will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned products.
Unless otherwise provided by law, return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISKS
Ownership of the goods is transferred to the customer only after full payment has been received.
The risks associated with the products are transferred to the customer upon delivery.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
Hera Design is the producer and owner of the databases on the website.
Any extraction, reproduction, or substantial reuse of the content of the databases is prohibited without prior written authorization.
ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as all transactions carried out via this website, are governed by applicable law.
ARTICLE 12 – CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer expressly waives the right to rely on their own terms of purchase.
Hera Design reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without prior notice.
